Definitions
The following definitions are used in this document.
Session
: A session is a period between the beginning and the end of an Internet connection.
Device
: A computer or a peripheral (given hardware component) providing communications between the CPU of the computer and the outside world.
Access Code
: Individual or generic code allowing limited or unlimited access to the Internet.
Hotspot Client
: A hotspot is a site that offers Internet access over a wireless local area network (WLAN) through the use of a router connected to a link to an Internet service provider. Hotspots typically use Wi-Fi technology.
End User
: A person using the Adael WiFi service.
Adael WiFi service
: A set of Services provided by Adael, described thoroughly with sales literature, proposal or unto Adael's web site, addressing End Users and Hotspot Clients need.
Cookies
: A cookie, also known as an HTTP cookie, web cookie, or browser cookie, is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored in a user's web browser while a user is browsing a website. When the user browses the same website in the future, the data stored in the cookie can be retrieved by the website to notify the website of the user's previous activity.
Purpose
This document is defining the terms and conditions of use for anyone whishing to access the Internet using one of Adael's WiFi Hotspots with any device equipped with a wireless network card Wireless Lan IEEE 802.11b/g/n/a.
Access
The WiFi Adael Service is, in principle, provided on a continuous basis except when the venue owner decides to restrict the service to certain hours or in case of Internet outage for which Adael is neither involved nor responsible. The service is generally free however Hotspot Venue owners may decide to activate access restriction via specific code, needed to pass thru the wall garden portal. Hotspot venues owners are sole responsible for eventual access restrictions of the service provided to End Users. To facilitate access and enhance the Internet browsing experience, saving cookies on End Users client devices may be requested. It is up to the End Users to restrict this functionality if they do not wish Cookies to be used by third parties our by Adael. Connection speed and performance may vary from one hotspot to the other. Adael denies all responsibility resulting from this access or its quality and does not guarantee quality or outcome.
End Users' responsibilities
By using the Adael network you agree not to: Access sites that contain obscene, hateful, pornographic, unlawful, violent or otherwise illegal material. Sending or posting discriminatory, harassing, or threatening messages or images on the Internet. Using computers to perpetrate any form of fraud, and/or software, film or music piracy. - Stealing, using, or disclosing someone else's password without authorization. Downloading, copying or pirating software and electronic files that are copyrighted or without authorization. Sharing confidential material, trade secrets, or proprietary information for which you are neither the author and or the owner. Hacking into unauthorized websites. Sending or posting information that is defamatory. Introducing malicious software onto to others and jeopardizing the security of an organization's electronic communications systems, company or individuals systems. Sending or posting chain letters, solicitations, or advertisements not related to business purposes or activities.
End User compliance
I understand and will abide by the entire outlined Internet Usage Policy but not limited to, as common sense rules must prevail with respectful behavior towards others. I further understand that should I commit any violation, I will remain solely and personally liable and responsible for my behaviors and the harm I may have caused for which reparation may be requested lawfully.
